General Questions
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don’t have to be in crisis or have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people seek therapy because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or want to better understand themselves and their relationships. Therapy can provide a space to explore what isn’t working and begin creating meaningful change.
What issues do you help with?
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and patterns they want to better understand and change.
Do you accept insurance?
I currently offer private-pay therapy services and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider. I recommend contacting your insurance company to learn about your specific benefits.
How do I get started?
Getting started begins with reaching out to schedule a consultation. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.
